On 10 December 2025, the Skills4Nuclear (S4N) project published its Stakeholder Engagement Action Plan, the third deliverable published as part of Work Package 3, on Communications and Attractiveness.
The Stakeholder Engagement Action Plan outlines the activities to be undertaken in order to engage with all stakeholders to whom the S4N project is of relevance. It provides an initial mapping of the different stakeholder groupings, as well as their needs and elements of the project which are of relevance to them. It also lists a series of proposed activities to be undertaken to foster active engagement in terms of events, for example.
The document highlights that in terms of stakeholder engagement practices, one size does not fit all: different stakeholders have different needs. To be successful, all engagements with stakeholders must meet their specific needs.
The Deliverable should thus be considered a ‘living document’: as the conversation evolves with different stakeholders, their needs may change and new stakeholders not previously considered may be identified. Effective engagement will therefore require a flexible, pragmatic approach.
