On 10 December 2025, the Skills4Nuclear (S4N) project published its Stakeholder Engagement Action Plan, the third deliverable published as part of Work Package 3, on Communications and Attractiveness.

On 12 and 13 November, the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) organised a Brussels held foresight workshop on nuclear workforce and skills. As part of the workshop, nucleareurope’s Jessica Johnson represented the Skills4Nuclear (S4N) project and gave an overview of its activities.

On 10 October 2025, the first plenary meeting of the Skills4Nuclear (S4N) project took place online, on month 6 out of 36 of the project’s implementation. It brought project partners together to discuss the various work packages and the timeline for the project’s upcoming activities. It also gave project partners the opportunity to exchange on existing skills initiatives and on the possibility to apply best practices implemented at local and national levels to EU level.

This month, the Skills4Nuclear (S4N) project has published its first Deliverables on communications: Deliverable 3.1, which details the project’s communications tools, and Deliverable 3.2, which outlines the project’s communication and dissemination plan.

In July, the Skills4nuclear website was officially launched! Thanks to this website, interested stakeholders will be able to find out more about this exciting project funded by the European Commission.

The Skills4Nuclear kick-off meeting, held in Gothenburg on 1 and 2 April 2025, marked the official launch of the project.

On 13 March, the Skills4Nuclear EU funded project officially kick-off. This three year project will run until March 2028. It brings together 21 partners, including industry, researchers and academia and receives support from the European Commission.
